People keep treating these executives like they're irreplaceable geniuses. Most were anonymous to the public until the system put a spotlight on them. A few years ago, almost nobody outside tech knew who Sam Altman was. The same is true for countless CEOs and executives. The system doesn't create irreplaceable people.
