if the law will treat money as if it possessed the rights of persons, then consistency demands persons possess at least the rights granted to money. Money can migrate to whatever jurisdiction offers the best return; a person cannot migrate to whatever jurisdiction offers the best wage or the safest life. The personhood fiction runs one direction only, and that directionality is the tell about whose interests the system serves.
