An instant client-side filter box above the grid (title/blurb substring) — distinct from the existing search view, which crawls site content; this just narrows the tiles as you type.
A NEW pill on tiles added in the last ~2 weeks. Needs a per-site added date in sites.json (only updated_at exists at the top level today). Returning visitors would immediately see Lipstick on the Pig is new — right now there's zero "this network is alive" signal.
