Our enemy isn't the capitalist. It's Capital, with a capital C.
The capitalist is a role. Capital is the machinery that creates the role, rewards accumulation, disciplines everyone through property and debt, and replaces one capitalist with another when necessary.
You can abolish a billionaire and leave Capital untouched. Then the vacancy simply gets filled.
The dollar gave us a prison with inflation, debt, banks, landlords, and politely scheduled poverty. Programmable money proposes the same facility with APIs. π¦β‘οΈπ± Very encouraging modernization. Kropotkin might have suggested upgrading the commons instead.
Trump may be kicking the mountain the dollar sits on, but don't confuse the coming tsunami with liberation. ππ΅
The dollar is not the economy. Commerce is not capitalism.
The nightmare is what gets built after the flood: CBDCs linking money, identity, surveillance and permission into one planetary infrastructure.
The old prison had dollars. The new prison has an API. ππ
π³οΈ Non-participation means you surrendered your voice; participation means you endorsed the machinery. A wonderfully mature democratic framework in which "no" has been deprecated as a user option. π§π΄
The Geneva Walk
Murder and torture of protected persons are prohibited. Israel has killed more journalists than any government since CPJ began keeping records in 1992. https://genevawalk.felineunion.org/

"breaking news" is structurally part of the propaganda system
The winners are load-bearing publicity. The losers are load-bearing infrastructure.
Liberalism's lottery isn't the outcome. It's the appeals process.
Every liberal state runs the same game. Human rights tribunals, judicial review, labour boards, police oversight, ombudsmen, professional colleges, small claims. Everyone gets a ticket. The draw is advertised as real. Somebody wins, and their win gets publicized. You are told the process is neutral, the criteria are public, and the outcome tracks the merits.
You file anyway, knowing the base rate.
The base rate is buried on purpose. Nobody advertises the denominator. You hear about the complainant who won, not the ten thousand whose files were closed at intake, dismissed for jurisdiction, settled under NDA, or timed out waiting for a hearing that got rescheduled four times. The winners are load-bearing publicity. The losers are load-bearing infrastructure. Both are necessary. A tribunal with no complainants delegitimizes itself. A tribunal with a queue of thousands, most of whom lose, is a functioning institution.
The ticket price is not money. It is time, documentation, disclosure, and the slow exhaustion of believing the process was neutral. You hand over your medical records, your employment history, your communications, your theory of the case. The other side gets all of it. You get a file number. Somewhere in the process you notice that the people deciding your matter are drawn from the same professional class as the people you are complaining about, and that this is called independence.
Then comes the cruelest mechanic. Refusing to play reads as consent. Not appealing gets scored as accepting the outcome. Settling gets scored as satisfaction. Withdrawing gets scored as frivolousness. The only move that registers as legitimate grievance is the one that feeds the machine, and the machine's job is to convert your grievance into a data point that proves the machine works.
Real lotteries at least admit they are lotteries. The state lottery tells you the odds on the ticket. The appeals lottery tells you the odds are irrelevant because the process itself is the prize. Access to justice, they call it. Access, not justice. You got to file. You got to be heard. The hearing itself was the remedy.
This is why liberal reform always routes through more process. More tribunals, more oversight bodies, more review mechanisms, more disclosure requirements, more procedural rights. Each one is another lottery counter, another place to buy a ticket, another queue that proves the system takes your grievance seriously. The counters multiply. The win rate does not move.
You file knowing you will lose, and the filing itself becomes the evidence that the system worked. That is the trick. Your participation is the product.
The same sewage is screened for flu A, flu B and RSV. One pipe, one multiplex panel, a near-complete read of the whole respiratory season β currently winding down together. https://covid.felineunion.org
Defunding the police reduces criminality.
A worker who quits a futile job hunt may vanish from U-3 unemployment, not from rent. The statistic is not lying, but its active-search rule lets economic distress change costumes. ππ https://therinse.felineunion.org/#the-freeze
First they tell you what happened. Then what it means. Then which part deserves your attention. Eventually you are magnificently free to form your own opinion inside the supplied dropdown menu. π³οΈπ
Propaganda was used to sell us propaganda as news. The clever part was branding the delivery system itself "the news."
Propaganda doesn't need you to believe the message on Tuesday. It needs you to hear it Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, then discover Friday that everyone is "just being realistic." ππ§
βGreater Israelβ is an ambitious infrastructure proposal: more land, more checkpoints, more walls, more people living under unequal rights. πΊοΈ
Greater Israel, Greater Apartheid Israel. Wasn't Canada enough?

Kropotkin: mutual aid helped humans survive.
Capitalism discovered a more efficient arrangement: charge admission to survival, call cooperation "dependency," and appoint a Vice President of Community Engagement. π€π
